Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a loading/plant environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand or power tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and adapt charging speeds to plant demand.
• Maintain situational awareness around trucks and ground crew.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
• Prevent material cross-contamination and manage stockpiles.
• Collect delivery tickets and hand to Admin Support.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies.
