Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator in Baton Rouge, LA to keep plants fed by moving heavy bulk aggregates from stockpiles into the plant's bins and supporting daily operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years related experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will perform pre-shift inspections, manage stockpiles, and uphold health, safety and environmental policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Adapts charging speeds to match plant demand.
• Operates heavy equipment with spatial awareness.
• Performs daily pre-shift inspections and basic loader maintenance.
• Prevents material cross-contamination and manages stockpiles.
• Minimizes fuel use via efficient cycle movements.
• Communicates safety policies and promotes a culture of safety.
• Collects & signs delivery tickets and supports Admin staff.
