Amrize is seeking a Mobile Loader Operator to run front-end loaders and transport bulk materials at Hassayampa AZ. The role involves plant feeder duties, basic maintenance, and housekeeping of the feeder and plant area. Travel to other plants may be required.

Ideal candidates have 12 months loader operator experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, with Spanish/English bilinguals a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 months loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk materials per procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader and keep area tidy.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to supervisors.
• Communicate with supervisors and customers effectively.
• Pre-shift inspections of batch plant and gates for proper function.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant area and restock tools.
• Support safety and environmental policies on site.
