Job summary

Branscome in New Kent, VA is seeking a Loader Operator for our asphalt plants. You will operate a front-end loader, excavate, and load materials to stockpiles, bins, and dump trucks while supporting plant maintenance and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in heavy equipment, a High School Diploma (preferred), and willingness to travel between Branscome facilities. We offer a competitive benefits package and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front-end loader and heavy equipment experience.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel between plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to excavate and load materials to stockpiles.
• Load material from stockpiles to bins for asphalt production.
• Load material into dump trucks.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and assist with maintenance.
• O il, grease, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain yard and monitor site activity.
• Travel between Branscome plants and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
