Job summary

Branscome is seeking a Loader Operator for our Suffolk, VA manufacturing operations. The role involves loading stockpiles, feeding asphalt production, and loading materials into dump trucks, with duties that include basic maintenance and yard upkeep.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, a High School Diploma (preferred), and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork across our Virginia plants.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years operating a front-end loader and various heavy equipment.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load material from stockpiles to bins for asphalt production.
• Load material into dump trucks.
• Use various hand tools and perform basic maintenance.
• Oil, grease and service equipment and adjust as needed.
• Maintain the yard and travel between plant sites.
• Monitor site activity and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
