Heidelberg Materials North America in Seattle is seeking a Front-end Loader Operator to move and load aggregate materials on site with a focus on safety and efficiency.
You will perform regular equipment inspections, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate material flow with production teams to meet production and customer needs. Accurate records and clear communication with colleagues are essential.
Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
$49.36 to $49.36 per hour.
