Job summary

Duininck Texas is seeking a seasonal, full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Randolph Air Force Base. You will assist with hot mix asphalt, dirt work, and related duties, under supervision, while adhering to safety protocols.

This role requires operating skid steers and paving equipment, performing routine inspections, and transporting gear as needed. Travel across Texas and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Understand and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and shovels hot mix, dirt and other materials.
• Performs manual labor tasks associated with dirt work, paving, or underground utility work.
• Operates skid steer loader, shouldering machine, broom, or other equipment when directed by foreman.
• Performs necessary daily inspection and or maintenance of equipment used.
• Keeps equipment clean and in working order and prepares equipment for transport when needed.
• Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at jobsite.
• Follows Supervisor’s instructions closely.
