Job summary

Kemps in Minneapolis is hiring a Loader Operator for our cooler area. You will operate equipment per established procedures, load orders, and assist other departments as needed to keep production flowing.

Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, rotate products for proper code rotation, and maintain accurate records while upholding GMP and safety standards under DFA guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load all assembled store orders on truck and trailers following load diagrams or instructions.
• Replenish picking inventory as needed.
• Operate machinery such as palletizer, bander, forklift or pallet jack.
• Rotate products to facilitate proper code rotation.
• Record information on required forms as needed.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Follow GMP and work in a manner consistent with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Kemps in Minneapolis has an opening for a Loader Operator in our cooler. This role will o perate equipment according to established procedures, manufacture products, and assist in other department areas as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Load all assembled store orders on truck and trailers following appropriate load diagrams or instructions including but not limited to floor loads, pallet loads, bossies, and home delivery trucks.
• Replenish picking inventory as needed
• Operate machinery such as: palletizer, bander, forklift or pallet jack
• Rotate products to facilitate proper code rotation
• Record information on required forms as needed
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
