Job summary

Kemps Minneapolis is seeking an operator to run and maintain our caseless and bossy machines as well as pulling of product. This role supports inventory control and order fulfillment in a fast-paced dairy operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep the work areas to receive product.
• Ensure pallets or bossy carts have the correct product and amounts.
• Receive assigned products from production and move into proper inventory location.
• Maintain proper code rotation on all assigned products.
• Keep all assigned products pulled up and faced off to facilitate proper order picking.
• Replenish inventory as needed or directed.
• Report and product shortages to the Supervisor.
• Assemble customer orders in the load out area as needed.

• Receive assigned products from production and move into proper inventory location.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
