Job summary

Oldcastle APG, part of CRH, is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operator to support production in North Carolina. You will operate forklifts and front end loaders, stock materials, and prepare goods for shipment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Candidates must follow safety policies, read procedures, and lift up to 70 lbs. Training provided to operate equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Follow all safety procedures and carry out written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move product into inventory and onto/off trucks.
• Operate loaders to keep the production line stocked with raw materials.
• Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods and label/package products for inventory.
