Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Material Handler - Loader at our Vancouver, WA location. This role supports loading and dock operations with a focus on safe forklift use and accurate handling of shipments. Shift runs Monday to Friday, 11:00am–7:00pm, at our new Fruit Valley Warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics or warehouse work, familiarity with dock equipment, and solid MS Office skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics/warehouse experience or forklift driving.
• Ability to read, understand and complete regulated paperwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and loader duties for trailer loading.
• Pull stock and prepare loads according to weight/configuration.
• Complete required documentation and maintain safe warehouse practices.
