Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Forklift Driver at Temple who will handle loading, unloading, and material movement using forklift and barcode readers. The role offers weekend shifts and a base pay of $19.39 per hour with additional shift differentials.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, cycle counting, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment. Prior forklift experience and the ability to communicate in English are required, with certification completed within 90 days of placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics environment.
• Must have at least 1 year forklift experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; complete certification within 90 days of placement.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and written.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, load, and/or unload materials to designated area using forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment.
• Receive and understand material movement orders.
• Cycle counting support
• Physical inventory support (non-poly and finished goods)
• Recycle support
• Repack boxes, stencil/re-label boxes, stretch wrap product, hand stack product
• Housekeeping Duties; inventory consolidation; material reclaim and scrap
