Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Loader to deliver quality customer service while keeping the store clean, safe, and stocked. You will engage customers, help answer questions, retrieve and load merchandise, and assist in moving items safely.

This role involves loading merchandise into vehicles, replenishing shelves, and ensuring safety as you lift and move items throughout shifts. Travel is rare but may occur for meetings, trainings, or support to nearby stores.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
