Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software applications.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Operate store equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs.
• Assist with large, high-quality orders in Pro, Garden Center, and general loading areas.
