Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader role associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, and support checkout and order fulfillment across the store.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in loading, and responsiveness to customer needs, including Pro and Garden Center areas as applicable. The position requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail tech, with a path to licensure if required.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
