Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Loader to support Pro and Garden Center operations in Fort Mill, SC. You will assist customers, load merchandise, and help with large orders, while following Lowe’s safety policies and procedures and using store equipment responsibly.

Role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, proactive customer service, and maintaining clean, organized work areas in-store and in the parking lot.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or information systems.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collects carts and keeps work areas in store and parking lot clean and safe.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on role and department.
