Job summary

You will load plan, coordinate trucking assignments, and use judgment to balance capacity and meet customer service goals. Responsibilities include dispatching planned loads, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring DOT compliance, communicating changes promptly, and maintaining accurate trailer pools.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, strong communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Fresh graduate or no prior load planning experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Load optimization daily on Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate transportation planning to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Dispatch loads and take ownership for assigned area.
• Communicate load changes, late pickups/deliveries, and reassignments promptly.
• Ensure DOT regulations and safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage trailer pools and network needs.
