Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Load & Performance Engineer for a 12-18 month contract in Plano, TX. Hybrid role with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days.

You will design and execute performance tests for complex applications, using LoadRunner or JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Python scripting. Required 5-10 years of hands-on experience, Java and Python programming, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• About 5-10 years of hands-on experience in performance development/architecture.
• Experience with Dynatrace for performance analysis.
• JAVA programming experience is required.
• AppDynamics for APM experience is required.
• Experience with LoadRunner and/or JMeter for load testing.

Responsibilities

• Write technical performance test plans.
• Develop data-driven load scripts using Citrix Protocol.
• Use LoadRunner or JMeter to design and execute load tests.
• Lead data creation activities for load tests.
• Design and execute various load tests (load, failover, aging).
• Collaborate with dev, infra and production teams for triage and planning.
• Report findings through defined processes (e.g., email).
• Participate in project/team meetings and contribute.
