Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or related roles.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, and VUGen 9.5+.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with HTTP, Citrix, and related web protocols.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test plans for complex applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed test cases and performance test scripts.
• Execute various load and performance testing scenarios, including load, failover, and aging tests.
• Lead data creation activities for load testing and analyze performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
• Work closely with development, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application performance.
