Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail (cash handling preferred).

• Basic familiarity with plants or garden products is a plus but not required.
• Professional phone etiquette.

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently loading customer purchases into their vehicles, restocking heavy items, maintaining outdoor areas, and assisting with general upkeep around the nursery. Load Out Associates work closely with the customer service team to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role is physically demanding and requires consistent lifting of 50–70 lbs. throughout the shift. This is a full-time or part-time non-exempt role, including weekend availability.
