Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Leave of Absence & Accommodations Specialist II to support LOA, disability, return-to-work, and workplace accommodations. You will serve as a first point of contact for intake, gather information, and maintain case documentation in a collaborative, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting leave of absence, disability, accommodations, or HR service delivery.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intake and coordination point for LoAA inquiries and case updates.
• Gather information, review documentation, and ensure proper entry in case management systems.
• Route cases to Senior LoAA Specialists based on unit alignment and complexity.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain confidential documentation.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve consistency and employee experience.
