Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct leave administration experience.
• Experience supporting California leave programs.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, CLMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leaves under FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, FEHA.
• Lead the ADA interactive process and accommodations.
• Provide backup HR generalist support as needed.
