Arcadia Care in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct day-to-day facility operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, delivering the highest quality of resident care. Position Summary:

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.
