Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record in LNHA roles evidenced by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility; comfort with AI tools preferred.
