Qualifications

• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing required.
• Experience as LNHA or skilled nursing leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of CMS requirements, survey processes, quality measures, and Life Safety.
• Ability to lead and develop department managers.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Experience with census development, staffing, employee retention, and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish accountability while maintaining a positive and collaborative culture.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for all facility operations.
• Build, develop, and retain a strong interdisciplinary leadership team.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing to support clinical outcomes and quality.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote survey readiness and continuous quality improvement.
• Oversee budgets, labor, expenses, and financial performance.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Support census growth through relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability across departments.
