Qualifications

• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Experience leading a skilled nursing facility or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CMS requirements, surveys, and life safety rules.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to develop department leaders and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for all facility operations.
• Build and retain a strong interdisciplinary leadership team.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to support clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and survey readiness.
• Monitor operational, clinical, financial, staffing, and census metrics.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and positive culture.
• Support census growth through community relationships.
• Oversee budgets, labor, expenses, and financial performance.
• Set clear departmental expectations and accountability.
• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain visible leadership across the facility.
