We are seeking a highly motivated LNHA to lead our 60-bed facility in Virginia Beach. The Administrator will direct operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and focus on delivering excellent care, resident rights, and financial and operational success.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year supervising experience preferred
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and company policies
• Commitment to quality care and to Resident Rights
• Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal forms
