Job summary

Easter n Health Group in Virginia Beach is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The LNHA will oversee operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents

• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal

Requirements/Qualifications:

• An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
