Qualifications

• Must hold current LNHA license in the state of employment or ability to obtain.

• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as Compliance Officer promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care meeting quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
