Complete Care at Maple Grove is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Madison, WI. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in long-term care who can drive operational success while maintaining high standards of resident care.

The LNHA will oversee daily operations, mentor department managers, manage budgets, ensure survey readiness, and lead initiatives to improve census and resident satisfaction in

Competenze

• Active Wisconsin LNHA license required.
• Experience as LNHA in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
