Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Previous experience as an LNHA in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and facility operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
