Complete Care at Maple Grove in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive regulatory compliance, and mentor department managers with a focus on high-quality resident care.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and performance while partnering with regional leadership to improve census, engagement, and satisfaction across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in skilled nursing or long‑term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and facility operations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
