Complete Care at Margate Park in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 310-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive quality outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, knowledge of CMS regulations, and a commitment to resident-centered care. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and partner with regional leadership to achieve facility goals.

Formación

• Active Illinois LNHA license required.
• Experience managing a large skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
