Complete Care at Margate Park in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 310-bed skilled nursing facility. The role requires hands-on leadership, operating at scale, and a focus on resident-centered care and quality outcomes.

The administrator will manage budgets, staffing, census, and regulatory readiness, driving improvements and staff engagement while partnering with regional and corporate leadership to meet facility goals.

Qualifications

Complete Care at Margate Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 310-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago, IL.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with proven experience managing large-scale skilled nursing operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving quality outcomes.
