Qualifications

Must hold NC Nursing Home Administrator licensure or be eligible.
Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited institution; online degrees accepted.
Minimum one year of full-time LNHA experience or completion of an AIT program.
Demonstrated strong leadership, integrity, and compassionate resident care.
Able to relocate and perform under regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and caring environment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including NC Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff; foster professional growth.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to improve resident care.
Engage with residents’ families and the community to promote the facility’s mission.
