Qualifications

• LNHA license in good standing with knowledge of state guidelines.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Lead facility management staff and consultants to implement business plans.
• Meet regularly with residents to ensure satisfaction with care.
• Promote a positive customer service relationship with residents, families and staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
