The LNHA will oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment processes, and resident/visitor procedures to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires a current LNHA license and typically a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a supervisory healthcare position.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LNHA license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor role in healthcare.
