Qualifications

• LNHA license in good standing with state regulations.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Lead facility management staff and consultants in business planning.
• Meet regularly with residents to ensure satisfaction with care.
• Exhibits and promotes a positive customer service relationship to residents, families, and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
