Remedy Recruitment seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a full-time, permanent role in Dubois County, IN. The administrator will lead the facility operations, work closely with the DON and clinical team, and ensure high quality care and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a competitive salary with excellent health, dental and vision plans, a 401k plan and generous PTO. Active IN LNHA license or ability to apply is required, with at least one year of clinical experience

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of strong clinical experience and ability to work autonomously.
• Active LNHA license in the state of IN or ability to apply for one.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Handle hiring, firing and disciplinary action of facility staff
