Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Plaquemines, LA seeks a Coordinator, Training to plan, schedule and coordinate training activities at the Plaquemines LNG facility. The role supports development and maintenance of the Training & Competency System and ensures regulatory training compliance.

You will manage the Learning Management System, coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual HSSE training, and support instructors and attendees for on-site and off-site sessions while reporting training status.

Qualifications

• 5 years in industrial facilities, training and competency assurance programs.
• 2 years in a training department with an electronic learning management system.
• TWIC card in good standing.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, FERC, DOT, and PHMSA rules.
• Strong logistics, planning and scheduling skills.
• Experience in learning management software administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory training courses and reporting for facility personnel.
• Schedule monthly, quarterly, and annual HSSE training to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team training and report monthly to team leaders.
• Maintain and evaluate the Learning Management System and work with vendors.
• Assist in developing HSSE e-learning modules to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in invoicing for external vendor training programs at the facility.
