Job summary

Venture Global LNG is hiring a Coordinator, Training at the Plaquemines LNG facility to plan, schedule and coordinate training activities. You will support the Training & Competency System and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires broad knowledge of regulatory training, learning management systems, and reporting, with emphasis on HSSE training and vendor coordination. A strong communicator is essential to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification in instructional design or equivalent experience.
• Experience with regulatory training requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory training courses and reporting for all personnel at the facility.
• Schedule monthly, quarterly, and annual HSSE training to maintain facility compliance.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team training and report monthly to team leaders.
• Coordinate daily training activities at the Plaquemines LNG Facility.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to department leads to monitor personnel compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for local and offsite trainings and support instructors and attendees.
• Maintain and evaluate the Learning Management System and work with vendors to identify improvements.
• Assist in developing HSSE E-learning modules and programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in invoicing for external vendor training programs at the facility.
• Assist in audits and verification of training compliance with reports and evidence.
