The role combines production engineering with digital tools to optimize plant performance in real time, with responsibilities including project collaboration with IT, BI, and operations, plus travel to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in chemical or mechanical engineering with data/automation impact.
• 5–10 years in change management or digital transformation.
• Experience with production systems, control room operations, and process equipment.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and dashboards to track LNG production performance.
• Define adoption strategies and training for end users.
• Coordinate multi-discipline reviews for change execution.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with IT, BI, and engineering to drive tool adoption.
• Travel to Louisiana facilities as needed.
