Job summary

Teal Energi seeks an experienced Process Engineer for a Quintana, TX LNG facility. The role focuses on process surveillance, troubleshooting, analysis, and engineering support to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams, perform process safety studies, MOC activities, and support debottlenecking and optimization initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of Process Engineering experience.
• TWIC and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant process performance to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Analyze KPIs and communicate deviations.
• Develop process simulations to support troubleshooting and optimization.
• Perform debottlenecking studies to maximize utilization.
• Participate in PHA/HAZOP/LOPA and risk assessments.
• Manage MOC processes and documentation.
