Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC, headquartered in Houston, seeks an Engineer, Process to lead process design, commissioning, and startup efforts for LNG facilities. You will manage Inlet Facilities, dehydration, LNG processing modules, utilities, and safety systems, collaborating with Operations, Marine, and contractor teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of process engineering experience, and LNG project exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience in oil and gas
• LNG project process design knowledge
• Experience with FEED, commissioning and startup processes
• Willingness to work temporarily overseas and travel to fabrication yards

Responsibilities

• Delivers process engineering deliverables with a focus on process safety
• Ensures operability requirements with Operations and Marine teams
• Coordinates with contractors and company engineering/operations teams
• Complies with PHMSA, DOT, USCG, OSHA and other regulatory requirements
• Champions HSSE and safety across design activities
• Reviews contractor deliverables (PFDs/UFDs, P&IDs, HAZOP/LOPA closeouts)
• Supports FEED and execution of process design per industry standards
