Job summary

Teal Energi is seeking a reliable Field Operator (Outside Operations) in Miami, FL to support day-to-day plant operations and LNG handling. You will perform routine field rounds, monitor equipment, and assist with loading/unloading activities while prioritizing safety and compliance.

The role requires working a rotating 12-hour shift (nights/weekends/holidays) and coordinating with control room personnel. A HS diploma or GED is required, with LNG experience preferred and strong safety awareness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience in LNG, petrochemical, or similar industrial field operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operator rounds and document equipment status, performance, and abnormalities.
• Load and unload ISO containers and railcars following approved procedures.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, and equipment condition; respond to alarms with control room coordination.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures when preparing equipment for maintenance; report deficiencies.
