Venture Global LNG seeks a Contracts Administrator in Houston to manage variation processes, change orders, and claims across EPC and construction contracts. The role supports multiple project teams and interfaces with legal, technical and commercial experts, reporting to the Project Leader.

The successful candidate will oversee contract lifecycle activities, drafting amendments, coordinating signatures, and maintaining documentation in the CLM system, while ensuring compliance and timely

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with contract/subcontracts.
• Knowledge of contract agreements, legal and commercial requirements involved in contracts, invoicing and change order processes.
• Able to effectively communicate across various disciplines and with contract counterparties.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to spot issues and risks.
• Excellent writing skills, including drafting of contractual documents.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Administer variation management as part of project teams.
• Handle all phases of change order requests, including scope, price and schedule, drafting amendments and negotiations.
• Support claims related to defects, warranty and acceptance; coordinate with experts and legal signoffs.
• Monitor and respond to notices from strategic contractors.
• Ensure contracts meet criteria for partial/final acceptance by obtaining approvals.
• Coordinate countersignatures for completion certificates.
• Develop and maintain contract documentation repositories.
• Lead updates in CLM system per DOA in coordination with Sourcing/Procurement.
• Track activities and progress in designated logs.
• Coordinate proof of insurance requests for strategic contracts.
• Track and report performance security (LOC & Bonds).
• Attend variation management meetings and manage deliverables from Company and Contractor.
