NextDecade seeks a Superintendent for Brownfield Projects to lead field execution across the project lifecycle at an LNG facility in Brownsville, TX. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Turnarounds to ensure safe, constructible, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong field leadership, ability to manage SIMOPS, tie-ins, outages, LOTO, MOC, and to supervise multiple work fronts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant field construction or project execution experience in LNG/oil and gas
• Experience through FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, turnover and closeout
• Ability to read P&IDs, layouts, isometrics, and construction docs

Responsabilités

• Provide visible field leadership for brownfield projects and construction activities, promoting safety culture and HSSE compliance
• Lead field execution from mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning, turnover and closeout
• Partner with Engineering during FEED and detailed engineering to provide construction and constructability input
• Participate in field walkdowns, constructability reviews, risk assessments and project readiness activities
• Coordinate SIMOPS, tie-ins, outages, Permit to Work, LOTO, and other activities affecting operating equipment
• Develop execution plans, construction sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and contractor scopes of work
• Ensure materials, equipment, permits, drawings, and resources are field-ready before execution
• Provide Owner oversight of contractors and subcontractors including safety, quality, productivity, schedule, staffing
• Coordinate brownfield project scopes with turnaround planning and operational priorities
• Monitor field progress, costs, risks, and implement recovery plans as needed
• Coordinate inspections, testing, turnover activities, and turnover packages
• Ensure redlines and as-builts are complete and accurate
• Provide timely field updates and reporting on progress and safety
