Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs technical skills relating to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports RN observations and basic patient data.
• Demonstrates adherence to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain passing grade in course per LRCC; complete required clinical hours.
