Job summary

Mineral Springs in New Hampshire is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on resident care and support our nursing team with reliable coverage.

You will assist with daily living, meals, mobility, monitor changes, document care, and coordinate with staff, while upholding dignity and respect. LNA certification required; CPR/BLS current; HS diploma; prior long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Assist residents during meals and with toileting programs.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition or care needs.
• Maintain accurate required documentation.
• Communicate resident needs promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.

Compensation: $21 - $27 based on experience

About the Role

As a Per Diem LNA, you'll provide hands-on resident care while helping our nursing team maintain dependable coverage. You'll assist residents with daily care, communicate changes in condition, and help ensure each resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
