Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our nursing team and provide hands-on resident care, helping maintain dependable coverage and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, lifting and moving residents, supporting meals and toileting, documenting care, and communicating changes to the nursing staff while following safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

About the Role

As a Per Diem LNA, you'll provide hands‑on resident care while helping our nursing team maintain dependable coverage. You'll assist residents with daily care, communicate changes in condition, and help ensure each resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
